vertigo, break-outs…

its been a while since i last visited here and talked about myself… hahaha.. your read it right, i had a vertigo but thanx to my wonderful doctor that it’s been control and told me to never look for it again..haha my diet is kind of strict.. he recommend me to AVOID the ff; *any frozen foods (with colors and salty) * deep fried foods anything with oil *sweet foods —- i thnk this the culprit for my breakouts this past few days

i am taking them seriously and avoiding the most forbidden food .. i am doing great …!!! =)

heartbreaking march16,2012 (friday)

He’s the GK that i trust so much, once in the pitch all i can say “he can handle it” so it doesnt bother me at all cause I know HE got all our back . I am crying my heart out knowing he left the pitch pissed off and disappointed.. what can I do??what can I do? he was never been involve in those kind of foul in the field, and getting a red card is too much for a GOAL KEEPER like him.. i’ve never expected things would turn out like that not even in my wildest dream and it hurts me when he take off his uniform with #1 at the back and proceed to boys locker room.. All they ever wanted is to win the AFC CUP and to prove everyone that they have talents and to make every filipino PROUD OF THEM “AZKALS”…. things are going perfectly fine and it feels like “oh yes its a sure win for the AZKALS” but you really dont know what will happen next…

All i can think when he turn his back in the field , throwing his gloves and shirt and heading back to the locker room are the “what if’s?” what if he don’t want to play anymore for the PH? what if everything that happen to him is too much? what if he’s pissed off and just want to fly back to London and focus on his FULHAM career? what if he’s tired of the filipino haters telling negative things to him instead of being proud because he play for PH?

Honestly its the saddest memory I had (march162012) him given a red card. he’s the best GK we had and its pisses me off why things like that would happen to him. I mean i can take it if they lose the game, they can BOUNCE BACK HIGHER as what he always said.

He’s always fighting, making sure PH wins the game. as far as he like to have a CLEAN SHEET every game. and make every FILIPINO PROUD. he’s not perfect but HE ALWAYS TRY HIS BEST FOR OUR COUNTRY…

SO PROUD OF MY KEEPER.. he’s the reason why I am still holding on into that dream.. who will say maybe we’ll see each other in the LAND OF ROYALTIES soon..
